Refund policy
Returns
You may return or exchange your products within 7 days of receipt. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused, resalable condition and in the original packaging in which it was received.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return, please email us and obtain a return authorization number. Once you have obtained your return authorization number, please follow these instructions to return your purchase:
1. Make sure the item is in new, unused and resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned items that are stained or otherwise damaged.
2. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned item(s) so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.
3. Ship the package to our returns department. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package for your protection. Returns must be sent postpaid to:

Any item not in its original condition, has been worn, is damaged or is stained cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are finale sale.
